Rental period: Our most popular rental period is one day with the equipment being dropped off a day before the rental period and picked up the day after. This ensures you have enough time to prepare and enjoy your event without rushing or waiting on same-day delivery.
Delivery& Setup: for your convenience, we deliver and set up tents 1 to 2 days before your rental period. This allows us to confirm everything is in perfect condition and gives our customers peace of mind knowing your equipment is ready well in advance. We recommend emailing us if your event needs pickup and delivery on a more specific time frame especially if your event is taking place in an event hall, venue. We will return to pickup the equipment the day after your event/rental period in the afternoon unless given other directions.
Placing your order: Once you’ve selected your items and event date, head to our contact page or click the get a delivery quote button. provide us with your event details such as location, pickup and drop off times and we will get back to you with a delivery/pickup quote.
Confirmation and payment: To secure your order, a non refundable deposit of 25% is required upon confirmation of your date. The remaining balance will be due the day before your event. If you approve the any of our services such as delivery, setup,or our rental perception plan it will be added to your final charge. please contact us for a quote on any of the services you may be interested in.

Our services page provides detailed pricing information so you can plan your event accordingly. We also provide free quotes over the phone or on direct message through our socials.
Services
Delivery/pickup: If you are interested in adding delivery/pickup to your order please click on the get a quote button. send us a email and we will get back to you in a timely manner. Once you approve the delivery/pickup quote, the charge will be included into your final charge the day before your event.
Setup/take down: Our team will set up and take down all the tables,chairs, and any other rental items to ensure you don’t have to. We charge $.50 per table and $.25 per chair other items such as tents and table cloths are not charged for setup and take down. Click the get a quote button and we will get back to you with a quote!
Rental protection plan(RPP): Our rental protection plan cost is 10% of your total equipment order. Opting for this will give you protection for any damages to rental items up to 25% of your rental.
Getting a quote: to get a quote on any of these services please click on the button below and once the quote is approved the cost will be added to your order and will be due upon the final charge the day before your event!
